Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine on Bainbridge Island
At Farmhands Medicine on Bainbridge Island, our approach to acupuncture and East Asian medicine blends time-tested traditions with thoughtful, modern application. Tim draws from a range of therapeutic lineages to offer care that is responsive, personalized, and deeply informed by classical principles.
His work is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as taught at Bastyr University, and further shaped by Neoclassical Acupuncture, Meridian Therapy, and East Asian Medical Body Work

Not sure where to begin?
If you’re new to acupuncture or not sure where to begin, we offer a free 15-minute phone or in-person consultation. This is a chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how we work. There’s no pressure—just a welcoming space to explore whether East Asian medicine might be right for you.
We’re happy to talk about how acupuncture, bodywork, or herbal medicine could support your specific concerns.
About
My name is Tim McGee, EAMP, LAc
Tim McGee is a licensed East Asian Medicine Practitioner and co-founder of Farmhands Medicine. His path to the healing arts began through his background in small-scale agriculture, where he witnessed the connection between health, nature, and community.
Tim received his Master’s degree from Bastyr University and has pursued advanced training in Neoclassical Acupuncture and Japanese Meridian Therapy. His work is shaped by classical theory, an intuitive listening process, and a belief in healing as a shared journey.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Tim in the garden, on the trails of Bainbridge Island, or spending time with his wife Debbie, who also offers massage therapy at Farmhands.

Neoclassical Acupuncture
In addition to acupuncture, Tim offers bodywork, cupping, and herbal medicine—each used individually or in combination. Treatments support a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, digestive issues, stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, and more.
Whether you’re looking for support with a long-standing health issue or simply a place to slow down and reconnect, we’re here to offer attentive, hands-on care in the heart of Bainbridge Island.
