Welcome to the blog of Farm Hands Acupuncture and Massage. We are happy to have you here and hope you have a chance to check in every once in a while. Our blog is a place for us to show a little bit about who we are, what we do, and why we created Farm Hands.

We used to be located in Everett, WA as Acacia Natural Health, but have moved our clinic to Bainbridge Island. We are pursuing a life long dream of our own little permaculture paradise. We purchased some land in Kitsap County and are building a house, developing a small farm holding, and servicing our community with acupuncture and massage at Farm Hands.

On our blog you can expect to find regular updates about our natural house build and what we are doing. In our clinic you can expect to find therapists who care deeply about our trade. We have devoted our lives to understanding healing through our own personal development and work, and through years of training and practice.

Acupuncture

Our chief acupuncturist, Tim McGee, considers himself a lifelong student and practitioner of East Asian Medicine. His current passions lie in the Japanese style of acupuncture that come from Kiiko Matsumoto and her teacher Master Nagano. He has devoted his acupuncture practice to this style because it provides a very holistic treatment that reduces, or even eliminates, many symptoms by addressing root causes of illness. This is done with very precise and gentle needle techniques and moxibustion. This style of acupuncture is a particularly suited to people who may be a little nervous of acupuncture because the patient should not feel the needle.

Massage

Our chief massage therapist is Debbie Nicol-McGee. Debbie has been practicing massage for around 20 years and has trained in both the United States and the United Kingdom. She has an intuitive approach that is therapeutic, relaxing, and grounded.

We hope you visit us regularly both on our blog and in our clinic. If you have any questions about our services, please email info@farmhandsmed.com or give us a call at 425-258-8188.
